Ron tells us about his Pontiac:     I found this car in the province of Manitoba in western Canada sitting in a garage having been towed out of the fields where it had been abandoned and I have owned it since 1989. It was in fairly poor mechanical condition when I bought it. Also the glass had been shot out of a few windows and the interior had been the nesting place for field mice. But the body and frame was very well preserved with only a few small rust holes in the drivers floor. The engine ran rough but was a complete original. The engine is now rebuilt and the body, paint and chrome have all been refurbished. Paint color is close to original but with a clear coat. I am currently restoring the interior. Car runs well and is driven daily. During the winter it is stored indoors.

Ron has sent along some photocopies of the information needed to decode Canadian built Pontiacs. I hope to get that info onsite soon meanwhile I will send it to anyone who needs it.
